The well-preserved city of Niagara-on-the-Lake is a historical playground for community members and tourists alike. The Niagara Historical Society is committed to preserving and sharing the rich history of the town’s heritage with the surrounding community through the operation of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Museum. With a range of unique exhibitions, both permanent and temporary, tons of programs and events, and membership offerings, the NOTL Museum has something for everyone!
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and provincial lockdowns, the Niagara-on-the-Lake Museum was quick to pivot into the online space, offering virtual historical walking tours, lectures, and performances to keep the community engaged. The Symetric team was able to provide the NOTL Museum with a new website design that gave them a clean, refreshed look. Design features like detailed images, interactive online exhibits and research, and events calendars, all contribute to a more positive overall user experience. With this new design, website visitors are now able to easily find the information they are looking for and enjoy so much more that the Niagara-on-the-Lake Museum site has to offer!
